The Call To Worship began with the Gloria Patri and the hymn of praise was "Holy, Holy, Holy." We had words of joy and testimony, greetings, and special music by Becky Hawkins singing "It is Well With My Soul."

The theme of the sermon was Follow the Leader.

Joh 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.

Joh 14:11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.

Joh 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Joh 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Joh 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Pastor Dan said the best leader is one who has "been there." So if we are yoked to Jesus, we will lead as Jesus leads - not as a mere expression of power - but by our example. The miracles that Jesus performed were in the nature of God, as the Son imitated His Father.

Php 2:1 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies,

Php 2:2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

Php 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

Php 2:4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

Pastor Dan said if we have doubts about our ability to follow Jesus, we should say, "Yes we can." If we are yoked with Jesus and God the Father, we will succeed. If we are humble, listen to others, and take on the mindset of Jesus, we will find a renewed sense of purpose.

The closing hymn was "Rescue the Perishing."
